GBP Post feature does not appear in our listing

Hello,

Has this happened to anyone else? I have seen that there are posts removed for violating the policy but we have not been notified and the updates section no longer appears in our profile.

We tried to post and an error message pops up. See the screenshot.

Here, after the description you should see the updates section, but it jumps to the social profiles section.

Any ideas?

Update:

The primary owner email (gmail) was suspended, we recovered it and everything was fixed.
