How do you backup GBP reviews?

You can use the API or a 3rd party vendor. Some options are Yext directly or via Semrush, my favorite Places Scout, or a shameless plug, The Transparency Co.

I would recommend using the API if you have a large account - and storing the downloads by date. Make sure you pull the user name as well from the review API. We are thinking about building a feature to automatically detect the reviews that have been deleted by Google, Not there yet though.
