Hello everyone I have an odd situation and no clue how to move forward on this one. Client currently has two verified locations with different business names and addresses They want to change the names to the same name for both locations so its cohesive---and its a different name variation then what was verified with . They have the proper documentation for the one location showing the new name AND address with the state. However, the other location is a secondary location and the state of Ohio does not recognize two addresses under one legal identity.. They only recognize one. My concern is obviously changing the names and possible suspension as this is a home health care company If this secondary one is suspended, what documents can we provide since the state one only shows the ONE location and not the other? I know we need something with the name AND address that matches their GBP. But these state and tax documents do not show this secondary location.
