Genesis vs WooCanvas vs X The Theme

I'm fielding a few different options right now for Wordpress themes going forward for small-medium size business sites.

I would be happy to hear any input that this community can share with me if you have experience with those themes or any others that you might suggest for flexibility going forwards.

I've ran across them before. Do you have any favorites for very small businesses like HVAC/auto repair/etc?
