GMB "Permanently Closed" But Isn't

A couple of our technicians in one of our service areas are reporting that when you search for our location on their phones, GMB is showing our listing as "Permanently Closed". Attached image from one of their phones.

However if you do a search on desktop, it appears normal. "Fox Pest Control Rochester"

Nothing seems off in the GMB back end either. No alerts or issues. Hours appear normal on there. Anyone ever had this happen? Any recommendations?

That looks like Apple Maps to me, not G Maps.

Yep, GMB looks to be open.
