GMB posts not available

A client of ours doesn't have the ability to make GMB posts. Their categories are:

• Retreat Center
• Camp
• Lodge
• Conference Center

We removed the camp/campground categories to see if that enabled posts, but it did not. Also -- the odd part is that we made a post last year on the one account and we can see it, but there's been a notice for several months that posts are not available for this account.

Any ideas why?

Lodge is probably the problem category. It is considered an accommodation.
