Google assistance form not working

Hi,
Is anyone having a hard time since Monday with the google assistance form ? There is no way for us to request a live video call when the video validations don't work.
It says to send feedback instead of bringing us to the form to make the request.

Hi! The only options I see in this form are not relevant to verification issues though ? Is this the form you usually use ?

Yes, that is the form I usually use. You can click "claim ownership of a business profile" and it should still get you to a support team that can help with your issue.

You can also check off the "Are you trying to verify your business" and it will direct you to use the "Check your verification status" tool - which I suggest using as it can sometimes help solve issues without the need to contact support. If the tool does not work, it should also funnel you to another contact form you can use to contact the verification team.
