Google Business Profile (GBP) Booking Links: Calendly

Hi there!

I have a few listings that are showing a Calendly link like this: https://app.screencast.com/aWdC0PJro2Xw1

When I click on the "Providers" link it takes me to this help doc: https://support.google.com/reserve/answer/12174393

When I go into the "Bookings" settings, a different link is in there, not the Calendly link. Screenshot: https://app.screencast.com/egNKlwCGcRmO6

I found more info on removing these "Local Business Links" here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/6218037

When I follow these steps below, there is no option under the "Bookings" settings to "Remove Provider".

To remove a specific third-party booking link:

1. Go to your Business Profile.
2. To manage your bookings, you can use Google Search or Maps:
   • On Google Search, select Booking
     
     Remove Provider.
   • On Google Maps, select Edit profile
     
     Booking
     
     Remove Provider.

My question is, have I overlooked something? Or could it be a bug of some kind?

Note: This business is also using Yext, but there are no Booking links being used in Yext. I was unable to find any Yext + Calendly or any GBP + Calendly integrations so that can't be the issue. I don't believe they are using "Reserve With Google" because there is no booking CTA button on the listing, but I've put in a help ticket with Yext to confirm.

If you have an experiences to share with GBP Booking links, please do!

Update: I was able to confirm with Yext that Reserve With Google is not enabled for this account.

Thanks for commenting. No, they don't have an integration for GBP.

But here's an update. You're going to love this.

The client removed the Booking link after contacting us for help. But they did not communicate this to us, so we spent time looking and thinking it was a bug. The whole time it was not a bug. They just didn't tell us they removed the Calendly link after asking for help. Lesson learned!
