Hello, so I am a market who works on Google Business Profiles with SEO and yext. I have a client who is trying to add her business address on her Google Business Profile, and whenever added, it kicks back about an hour later and automatically removes the address, while staying verified. Primary Category on Google is a florist.

I have tried opting out of syncing her GMB with yext, not working. I have tried removed all service areas then adding the address, not working. I have tried making support tickets through Google support, and of course they give a generic "I'm not sure what your issue is" response. I have now tried filing a Google API support ticket, but have not received anything yet. Does anyone have any sort of idea of what is causing this? It seems like no matter what changes I make, the address is automatically taken off after being approved.

If you are trying to add the address listed on the website, it's a private residence. They will need permanent signage in order to display the address. If they don't have signage, they need to keep it as a SAB.

I know, I believe it is a problem with another company software. I submitted a support ticket through Google API and was told that another company's API is screwing up the address.

What address are you trying to use?

Got it figured out. Client was working with another marketing company Bloomnation, and them not having the address hidden on their software was causing the issues. The only reason I figured it out was due to a footer on her website that said Bloomnation. Wish I knew before hand, would have had it handled within the day!

Explain to me how in the world I am jeopardizing a client? The entire GMB abides by Googles guidelines, and is a storefront.

I advised you that the address is a private residence, and they needed permanent signage. You said you knew. Showing the address without signage now places the GBP out of compliance and Google can suspend the GBP.
