Website isn't updating on the GBP (Google Not Accepting It)

I'm having issues with a client's website not being accepted when I try to update it on the GBP.
The "Booking Link" has been saved on the profile with the right URL - granddesignlandscape.com/contact-us/

The strange thing is, the wrong URL will consistently be accepted. -

actual example:
granddesignlandscape.com is the real URL - won't be accepted.

URLs that have no website on the domain have been accepted.
grandesignlandscape.com (missing a character)
granddesignlandscapes.com (added a character)

I've tried asking Google for assistance to figure out why the URL isn't being accepted, with no help.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Yes, I am noticing some edits on GBPs aren't being published recently. If you post about it on the GBP forum, I can send it to Google for them to take a look. Just add a thread, post the info with case ID and then DM me the thread here.
