I have been working with Google support to have a business listing approved for over 2 months now. I have gone back and forth with them for 50+ emails providing multiple forms of proof, but our representative is refusing to approve our business. He has been incredibly unhelpful and refuses to provide any form of guidance or help.

We opening a brick and mortar retail store in Arizona. It is one of several hundred similar locations nationwide. We have provided video verification, photos of the business signage, utility bills, and a copy of the business license, but we're being told this isn't "acceptable proof".

I'm at my whit's end. How can I get this listing approved. It's so obviously a valid business.

It’s hard to say exactly what’s causing the issue without knowing the business name or website, but a few things usually help:

Provide a lease agreement or deed showing the business name and address — Google tends to give that more weight than utility bills.

Make sure your name, address, and phone number are consistent across your website, directories, and social media. If there isn’t much of an online presence for this location yet, I’d recommend building that out.

Share clear photos of the storefront and inside the space so it’s obvious it’s a retail business.

I've done literally all of that. We shared utility bills, lease agreements, and business licenses. For a bit they said it was a "technical problem" and now they're saying they're not considering it proof
