I have been working with Google support to have a business listing approved for over 2 months now. I have gone back and forth with them for 50+ emails providing multiple forms of proof, but our representative is refusing to approve our business. He has been incredibly unhelpful and refuses to provide any form of guidance or help.
We opening a brick and mortar retail store in Arizona. It is one of several hundred similar locations nationwide. We have provided video verification, photos of the business signage, utility bills, and a copy of the business license, but we're being told this isn't "acceptable proof".
I'm at my whit's end. How can I get this listing approved. It's so obviously a valid business.
