I have a client that is having an extremely difficult time getting a new Google Business Profile verified for a second office location.

They are an elective medical practice/med spa and their 2nd location has a related but slightly different name.

The process began with them attempting the verification video. They submitted two videos and were told that they "didn't show that they were authorized to represent the business" even though they opened the door with a key and went into staff-only areas. They don't have a cash register so they couldn't show that. They submitted a third video that is still showing as pending review.

As their agency, we also started a support thread with Google Business Profile support and have been going back and forth with them for several weeks. They keep saying that the issue is being "escalated to a specialist team" and we have been asked to supply "proofs" which we have. These proofs include the DBA document and Trade Name Cerification as well as the lease for the medical office park they are in and while they don't have utility bills since they are tenants, I have supplied other bills that show the business name at that address. I was told in the email thread today that "the provided proof does not match or will not be able to confirm the legitimacy of the business." I have also provided links to the company website that lists both business names and locations and even Instagram reels that show the doctor introducing the new office.

Throughout this process, I have also reqeusted that somebody from Google call our client at her cell phone number. They claim that they have attempted to call and she says that she has disabled her call blocker and answered every single phone call and has not received a call from them. We also requested a live video verification but were told we were not eligible for that.

The Verification Tool shows that the location is verified, but the profile is still not visible. We also had the client the Contact link on that tool and submit that form with all of the information.

Our client (and we) are extremely frustrated. Does anybody have any additional thoughts or suggestions of what else we can try?
