Google is keep changing business name for multiple businesses in the area

Hi Guys

Since last month, we have noticed something unusual happening with business names for both us and our competitors.


Our business name is being changed by Google, even though we have been operating under this name for the past four years.


We have also observed that competitors’ business names are being changed as well.


Whenever we try to change it back to the original name, it reverts again after a few days.


What should we do in this situation? Should we contact Google and request that they stop changing it by providing government documents that show our registered business name?

There are several reasons why a name gets changed.
1. A competitor or marketing agency is changing the names
2. You have a 3rd party tool making the changes.

It's your business information, but it's Google's product.
