Since Dec 2025 but we just realized since we stopped using it a long time ago

What we think it is that our number was wrong on the LSA it was our old number but since we stopped looking at it and never got any emails we never updated the number. So LSA thinks we were trying to cheat the system.

But now we are trying to appeal and its been weeks and still no response at all so what can I do?

I've actually seen a few cases exactly like this myself. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get any of them reinstated, and from what I've seen in the Google Business Profile and LSA communities, many other experienced specialists have had the same experience.

Once Google's system flags an LSA account for something like this, it becomes extremely difficult to reverse, especially when the appeal remains pending with no response. At that point, there usually isn't much you can do except wait for Google's review and hope they eventually provide an update.

I wish I had a better answer, but I don't want to promise something I've never personally seen resolved. Hopefully Google gets back to you soon, but unfortunately these types of appeals can take quite a while.

If anyone else has had success with a case like this or has any additional insight, I'd be glad to hear it as well.

Weird that your phone number would be the reason; I've never seen that, but that doesn't mean anything, I know.

Using the wrong phone number isn't circumventing Google's systems; it's circumventing your own. Even then, I would think that's more likely to result in a suspension for "Customer Service - Be Responsive" since you're not answering those calls or responding to messages.

I'd be checking for multiple accounts/payment profiles and any misrepresentation; maybe more old accounts you're unaware of (possibly created by an agency, former business owner, employee...). Is the website or any pages redirecting visitors elsewhere? Was it hacked?

Multiple accounts is usually the culprit for this type of suspension in my experience.

I would also limit support requests to the initial email thread that cites the (first) case ID you received with the suspension notification. At the very least, cite that case ID in all communications.

Don't submit multiple appeals; that will only compound your frustration and confuse Google support.

Also check the Account/Ads policy in the Google Ads dash (not the LSA dash), to see what that says.
