Google My Business for Universities

Hey everyone,

Our company works with various departments within a larger university, and I was wondering if anyone here had experience in working with Google My Business for higher education, especially a public university? I noticed that GMB seems to bury the reviews in the profile, but does anyone have any other wrinkles or tips/tricks when it comes to optimizing GMB in this regard?
