I submitted a Move request via the Google General Support form since they shut down the phone support. I received this email: 2020-04-16_1114

As this is a manual request, the Help Center will not take care of my needs. Do I need to reply and send my request again, or will they read it and realize that the request needs to be done manually? I do not want to clog up the support queue unnecessarily.

I would reply to the email and let them know. But it will take some time for them to take care of it. We have some edits that have been pending for weeks, and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to speed things up.
