Google Polling Web Searchers To Improve Search Results???

I don't know if this is a new "feature" or not, but this is the first time I've ever seen this. I was doing some random searches for a dental client and for one of my searches, Google presented me with a poll/survey. Check it out:

The boxed search results with the indicated numbers was done by Google...not my screenshot. Google wanted me to indicate which of the two results was better.

Solution 21. I was specifically looking for website design ideas and that website gave me what I was looking for. The other one just gave me a dentist internet marketing company.
