Google Posts are not publishing on public listing

A client of mine in the automotive space has posted to Google post numerous times in the last couple of months yet the latest post on the listing is from Feb. If you scroll through the Feb post and get to show more than all the posts show up. I have talked to Google support and they say they can't do anything because these are automated. Does anyone know how to get the most recent posts published on the listing?

I am seeing the posts in the normal order of newest to oldest. Please advise your client to avoid using stock images and duplicating posts as this is not allowed. Avoid spam

Huh, I'm not seeing posts at all, but I do see this, which I don't think I've ever seen before...

The offer sometimes appears in the desktop view. You can see them almost always on mobile.
