One of my clients has opened up a new location for their business and we submitted a video to get the GBP verified. We have an employee there every day, our own suite number, business signage and everything Google asks to get verified. Google didn't like the video and I think we got suspended. We then appealed the suspension and submitted the documents and photos to prove this is a new location. We submitted our wifi bill, business registration and business insurance. We also gave some pictures as well. This appeal got denied and now I'm not sure what to do. Is there a way for me to contact support? Everything I'm trying right now just gives me an automated message basically telling me to have a nice day.
I appreciate any help in advance!

This is where I am getting stuck. I feel like I was able to contact support awhile back about something like this, but can't find where I can actually talk to someone and not just get automated messages that are dead ends.
