Need help with removing two reviews that have been reported but not removed by Google. We had 2 one star reviews come through that aren't real customers. Any advice on how to get Google to remove them if possible. Thanks.

Outside of reporting them with the review removal tool you can post asking for assistance over at the Google Business Profile Help Community. One of the product experts can take a look and potentially escalate it if it clearly violates the guidelines.

Thanks for the feedback. I have escalated the process to Google further by appealing the review because it's sat idle saying decision pending. What's strange is I am not getting any email updates from Google and my email address is correct. What should I do next? Thanks for all the support.
