Hi all,

We have a client that recently moved offices, and after entering the new address in the profile, we are now seeing messaging/warnings in the GMB dashboard about being a duplicate (see attached!)

They are a franchise and have several different locations but this listing with the new address is being marked as a duplicate of a franchise office 35+ miles away in a different county.

Any advice on how to address this?

Strange. Did they share a phone number? You'd need to get in touch with GMB support to get them fixed.
