Over the weekend, Google added a couple sentences to the GMB guidelines. In the "Business description guidelines" they added the following:

Content that's irrelevant to your business or has no clear association with it isn't allowed. Refer to our overall guidelines for representing your business on Google .

I'll be honest--I can't really see any use case where someone would want to add irrelevant content but there is always a reason for guideline changes so I wanted to make sure you were all aware.
