Hi,
Can someone from the GMB Product Experts help me to reinstate a business listing for a pizzeria that has been in business for more than a decade, listing not suspended for years, constantly optimized, +4.3 star/+200 reviews, running GMB posts every month, etc. and suddenly got a hard suspension without a reason or us caused it.
This are the business info:
1. Full business name: Billy's Pizza & Pasta
2. Current business address: 1626 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11225
3. Website: https://www.billyspizzany.com/
We keep getting a negative answer from GMB support even after a second file for reinstatement (case number 2-0880000031526).
I assume that GMB Support reps are not reviewing at all our reinstatement file, just randomly sending us a fast reply (after a day or so) with the usual reply templates, since Google officially says "As a precautionary health measure for our support specialists in light of COVID-19, we're operating with a limited team. Thanks for your patience, as it may take longer than usual to connect with us."
We can provide anything thats needed to prove that it's a legit business: storefront, business registration, live verification, etc.

Did your reinstatement request get denied or you just haven't heard back? If it's the latter, it's likely due to these support delays - Known Issue: Potential delay in support times - Google My Business Community

A reinstatement request was just denied for a Tree company that's been in business since 1989. As per Google >>"Business Profile is not eligible to display on Google per our quality guidelines"<< We thought the listing was suspended because of a mix up with a 3rd party (posing as this company) who we reported and has since disappeared. Three days ago, I took your advice and created a new post with a Google Doc linked to it...there have been no replies on it. Now, we have this email saying our request has been denied and I'm not exactly sure how to handle it. I think I'm in shock. I've read all of the requirements and there's no reason why they wouldn't qualify. They do a variety of jobs and perhaps too many categories were selected. They are 24 hour emergency tree service. After reading 24 hours on the hours could be an issue, I've changed the hours to be 7am to 6:30 pm. and...I deleted any category that wasn't tree related (they repair fences and do concrete work along with trees). There was also an image of the owner, with his name across it....which we were using to prove ownership of the listing we reported. I've deleted that photo in case that could be a problem.
