having websites on same IP and same google WMT and same dns

they have same IP and same dns and submitted in same google webmaster account !

it there any problem ?

As long as you're not using some sort of link scheme (like PBNs) you have nothing to worry about.

no i am not using PBN , but i am link building in same pages for all of my sites

Are you doing the sort of link building that could be classified as a link scheme with the sole purpose of manipulating page ranking? Doing link building tactics which could get you in trouble with Google would be the only cause for concern.
