Help Deleting a Google+ Page

Hi I am looking to delete Google+ Pages or G+ location pages for businesses that have closed.

I am able to mark them closed in Google My Business / Google Maps just fine but with G+ still lingering I don't know how to close those.

If I follow Google's instructions here:
Delete your Google+ profile - Google+ Help
It only directs me to my Google+ Profile and doesn't allow me to select the G+ Pages.

Any help here would be appreciated.

P.S. Even just finding a Google+ Page is a weird workaround anymore.
The only way I know how is logging into to Google My Business but then going directly to: myaccount.google.com/brandaccounts
and selecting a brand and then selecting "Act As..." on the Google+ page.
Is there an easier way to do this?

GMB has pretty much totally separated from G+. All new listings don't even have the option to connect with a G+ page. And all inactive G+ pages are being removed by Google.

So I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you need to report a business as closed simply mark it as closed in your dashboard and you should be good to go.
