Help me with resilient spam map

I been trying to take down a fake google maps for a year now. Any1 have insight
1. None of the AI suggest edits work
2. I tried redressals on for: *seperately*
-- title since they added a keyword
-- address-- lead gen
-- store front signs and nothing works

Notes it like a google employee is help keeping it up. I have never seen a fake map with this much longevitiy. The map uses a address to incease relevance. I am on the google forums as well fighting it.

Sometimes Google has internal info that legitimizes the business and prevent listings from being removed from maps. After a few redressal reports I typically give up as the effort is not worth it. If you are already working with a PE on the forum that is really the last line of action.
