Hey there everyone. I have a saga going with Google over reinstatement of a client's business listing. They are a limo and transport service in Vail, CO. Service area, as the address of their LLC (and where they park the vehicles) is also their home. Beginning of last week I added chauffeur service as a secondary category (one that I had never noticed before). A few minutes later (with no other changes) their listing was suspended.

I supposed that the platform was just in a glitchy moment and that a reinstatement request would quickly get things back on track. We got pushed up the ladder to a specialist named "Deb" who eventually came back with a ruling that the business isn't eligible to display per quality guidelines. Well, that was shocking news to me as this listing has been around several years (since their inception), they are listed in the state of Colorado's Sec of State business database, and there has never been anything remotely spammy about the listing including all clean reviews and images.

We've requested multiple times an onsite video walkthrough, we've submitted LLC proof, etc., and no response. Is there anyone in here that would be willing to give this a look and possibly "pull some strings"?

Solution
Can you post a thread on the GMB forum (Sign in - Google Accounts) and DM me the link to the thread? I'd be happy to send it to Google for you. Please include

1. Your business name & address
2. The case ID for the reinstatement request (should be in the subject line of the email from Google, if you received one).
3. A link to where Google can see the business is real (Secretary of State, BBB etc)
4. Any photos you have that show the business exists (company truck, storefront photos etc)
5. The link to the listing inside the Google My Business dashboard. When you go to google.com/business and click on your listing, copy and paste the URL that's in your browser.
