Hi All - I tried to search the forum for my question but didn't find the right answer (feel free to point me in the right direction should I have missed it). I'm based in Singapore and I have just optimised two local businesses, both of them had the wrong floor number. In Singapore the floor and unit number are written like this #24-03 for example - first one is the floor number, second the unit number which goes into the first address line. For both businesses Google had the wrong floor number.
For one business, Google took the unit number as floor number, for the other one it is a completely random floor number.
There is no option to see / edit the floor number (I'm just using the GBP agency interface), so I opened two tickets with the Google support, one solved the issue and managed to delete the floor number in the back end so it is fixed. For the other listing I keep getting the same request / Email from support to update the floor number myself (which isnt possible, although it is already reflected in the overall address line correctly, and I want to keep it that way to not mess with the address).
So my question, has anyone ran into the same problem? Any suggestion how I can fix it myself without going into reverification? Otherwise I will try a different route with Google but I thought to check here first.
Thank you so much!
