Interesting call yesterday from a chap who could not get his holiday cottage "map listing" to rank on the front page.
I queried whether he was actually entitled to a listing at all but he said that he had spoken to Google and they told him that so long as he did not check the 'serve customers at my business address' box, it was ok.
So how can a holiday cottage be delivering goods and services to customers at their location?
