How does a business and two health practitioners have the same address and phone number?

I came across three GBP that use the same address and phone number. One is the business and 2 are individual practitioners.

I thought you couldn't create multiple GBP on the same address and phone number? I realize that you can have multiple businesses at the same address but can't understand how you could create all of these on the same phone number.

This company has done the same thing for other locations so wanting to understand if this is somehow allowed or against the guidelines.

Technically, having the same phone number on multiple profiles is not allowed. However, Google can't catch everything. I see this sometimes in the wild too. Your best bet is to report it via the redressal form Business Redressal Complaint Form - Google Business Profile Help
