How often does Google Street Maps update itself? One issue i have with Google maps for GBP is when moving to a new office location, is it possible for Google to blurr out the previous business exterior signs on the building?

yes, you can make a request when you are in Google StreetView.

Now, I have no idea what happensafter that, the chances of success or the delays involved etc.
