How often is "customer interactions" updated?

The "customer interactions" number on my wife's GBP has been stuck on 309 for a while now ... maybe a week or two? I feel like it used to change daily or almost daily. Am I hallucinating? How often does it update?

Good question. I'm actually not sure. I'll see what I can find out.

For the record, it's now changed to 339. Was stuck on 309 for probably 2 weeks.

It jumped to 349 on Sunday and is at 352 today, so the current answer to my question seems to be every 2-3 days. I still feel like it used to update daily...
