How to clain GMB with wrong address?

I want to create GMB. When I search by phone numer I see the business's knowledge graph with own this business link. I click on the to create GMB but cant verify because the address listed is incomplete and post card cant deliver. There is an option to verify by phone but we dont get the call - maybe because of our phone system in the office. What to do?

You can try using "Suggest an Edit" to change the address. If there is a phone tree, temporarily disable it before the call.
