I think the wife should be able to delete it while logged into her account. I'd have her do that because a competitor could report the rating plus it could make the rest of their reviews look suspicious to customers if she has same last name as owner.
She says she doesn't see an option to delete. What about having her or me report the review as erroneous? Would that work? Is there a potential for that doing more harm than good?
Just heard back from her. She was able to delete the review via Google Maps.
