The wife of one of my clients submitted a Google 5 star review - not written review just the 5 stars.

What's the best way to get Google to delete this? Or is the best option to just leave it?
Hi David,

I think the wife should be able to delete it while logged into her account. I'd have her do that because a competitor could report the rating plus it could make the rest of their reviews look suspicious to customers if she has same last name as owner.
Oh, thank you, Linda. I hadn't thought of that. :)
She says she doesn't see an option to delete. What about having her or me report the review as erroneous? Would that work? Is there a potential for that doing more harm than good?

Just heard back from her. She was able to delete the review via Google Maps.

Thanks again, Linda. :)
