How to make someone else admin without losing access?

hey there,

I have a GMB under my own gmail
I am hiring this guy to do Google screneed
for obvious reasons, I dont want to give him access to my personal gmail
I already created a new gmail for him
now I need to somehow give him admin access to the GMB
If I make him admin, does that mean I lose the GMB in my own gmail?
what if one day he packs up and leaves and changes the password to the gmail?
How do I protect myself?

Just add him as a manager of the listing. Make sure it's "manager" access and not owner or primary owner. Otherwise, he'll be able to remove you.

As an agency, you can simply get the client ID number and then link to the account. He doesn't need to have access to your personal email.
