How to publish several services and descriptions to +200 locations?

We are looking to publish +30 service descriptions (services + descriptions) across +200 locations.
We can add the Service via a GMB import - but not the actual description of that service. Is there a way to bulk upload these?

Unfortunately, there is not a field for service descriptors in the GMB bulk upload spreadsheet for Business Profiles, per this help article. As far as I know, there is no 3rd party tool that can do this either.
