How to show local search ads on Google Maps alone?

Hi All

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to run an AdWord campaign for a local business only targeting google maps.
I know I Just need to enable location extensions in my AdWords account and sync it up with google my business but I don't want my ads to be displayed anywhere else apart from google maps.

On another note if anyone knows of a detailed tutorial on how to best run a local campaign using Paid advertising using google and facebook that would be awesome.

No it's not possible. Google Maps is now a part of the core group of Google properties that's included with the Search Network so when you have ads showing on Maps they would also show on Google.com.
