I need help with designing my website

Hello, I have a food recipe website. I am editing this website on my own. I have put a page on the menu section named MENU. Now I want to show some categories on that page like ( chicken, dessert, salad) then I want to put the salad and other items on the following lists like ( casio nut salad in the salad section, crispy fried chicken in the chicken category ) and then I want to add the posts. how can I do that?

I would look up a guide or a training course on editing WordPress websites. It will also depend on which page builder you use such as elementor vs WPBakery.
