Does anyone know what this little icon means in the GMB page local SERPs results? First time noticing it. Thank you

Did the other businesses have active Google Posts as well? From my observations there doesn't seem to be a set rhyme or reason why some Google Posts show up in the 3-pack and some don't.

If you can share the exact search query and search location I can take a deeper look.

This was the search we did. Included a screen print in order to confirm the results are the same as the link. Used Tires Near Me

They didn't have any active posts. The last one they had was back in 2018. They are maintained active for clients hence the snippet.
