We have a business with a Google Business Profile that is linking to a competitor business' site in the "Reviews from the web" section of their listing. The competitor business is using keywords that would associate their reviews with the business listing in question. I have tried reaching out to Google support and GBP Twitter with no help other than generic automated responses unrelated to the issue. Is there any way to remove this incorrect link from the listing?

The initial email to a ticket is usually automated drivel. You have to answer to THAT email to start getting humans to actually look at the issue. And they won't be looking at the original ticket (as in "they frequently ask for information that you literally provided in the original ticket" such as CID or Google Maps URLs), so make sure to explain everything in excruciating details.
