Hi Everyone,
I’d really appreciate your insight on a local SEO situation we’re navigating for Inovec, a restoration company based in Florida.

I’d really appreciate your insight on a local SEO situation we’re navigating for Inovec, a restoration company based in Florida.
They have:
- One primary physical office in Davie, FL — this is where their actual staff works and where clients can visit.
Davie GBP
- A separate GBP listing for Pompano Beach, FL, which is technically just a storage unit they use for equipment — there’s no signage, no staffed office, and no customers visit that location. The client has requested that we refrain from updating that listing for now.
Pompano Beach GBP
My questions:

- For the main Davie GBP, should we keep the homepage as the landing page or use the separate Davie location page?
- The homepage has slightly stronger authority, but they only have one real office.

- Since the Pompano Beach “location” is just a storage unit with no signage or customer interaction, should we recommend removing or merging that GBP?
- Or should it be left untouched if the client insists?
- Would keeping it live pose any risk if it’s technically ineligible?
