Is anyone else having issues getting into Chat settings?

I have been trying for a couple of days, checked a half dozen GBPs, Chrome, Edge & FF, using two different workstations on two different internet connections, with and without VPN and still just get the perpetual loading animation in every case:

Today I also tested with another Google Account (added it to my own agency GBP) and also tried to get into chat settings on a third Google Account that only has access to a single GBP.

It looks like at least one other person reported that issue, I will keep an eye on the Google Support thread also:

As of today, it looks like I now have access again in all profiles.
