Is Google Business Actually Investigating Suspension on Twitter or Just Empty Talk?

Hi, I've been responding to the original thread trying to get a listing reinstated and have gotten nothing in return but I tweeted Google Business and they've told me they are looking into it over and over. It's been about 2 weeks. Lee keeps saying they are looking into it.
