Hi, I submitted a reinstatement request on 5/2 and I've heard nothing back. I went to submit another request but was told to respond to the original email thread. I never received an email response to my ticket on 5/2. I've tried asking Google Business on Twitter but they haven't been helpful at all.

Did you check your spam folder? It may be there. If not, you probably need to go to the GBP forum and ask a PE to help (you can DM me with the thread if no one replies after you post.)
