Hi all, I would greatly appreciate some advice. A client in the construction and remodel field currently has a service area GBP listed at his residential address. Note: this GBP previously had a displayed address and pin until he signed up for LSA and requested not to display his address which defaulted his GBP to service area.

The client has a dedicated office/showroom/warehouse on his property next to his house. This free-standing warehouse-style building has an entrance that displays permanent business signage. Clients occasionally visit the location for blueprint reviews and to view construction finishing samples.

Is it possible to change the GBP from a service area to a hybrid GBP listed at the same address (in a residential neighborhood)? If so, what is the best method?

Hello Tlee,

yes its possible. you can add your location on the edit menu on your GBP. and boom you are now a hybrid business. but after adding physical location you will need to verify your business again. they will ask for verification

Thank you for the response, Nafiz. Re-verification is fine, but I'm definitely hoping to avoid a suspension. The fact that the business office is located in a residential area won't be a problem? (Obviously I know you can't answer definitively, but based on experience, your thoughts?)
