Is it possible to create a second GMB page for a new business based at same address and landline?

Is it possible to create a second GMB page for a new business based at same location and landline as my existing business? The new business is focused on a specialised aspect of the general area of work covered by the existing business. Specifically the existing business is hypnotherapy, the new business is hypnotherapy specifically for phobias.

I'm guessing the answer will be no but I thought I'd check.

Yes, it's possible, in the sense that you'll probably get the page up without incident. But sooner or later you may run into problems with Google's auto-updates, or competitors' updates on your page, or both.

The only way that setup is less likely to cause problems is if the 2nd, newer GMB page is for a specific practitioner. If you gear his/her landing page and GMB page to a phobia specialization, you can probably rank for those search terms without violating the GMB guidelines.
