A client that we help manage their Google Business Profiles reviews provided an interesting question. They help manage septic services and have recurring clients that they encourage to leave reviews. They also offer septic repair and other services to their client base. But when a user tries to leave a review for their most recent septic pumping or replacement, Google asks them to update their initial review and not to leave a separate review.

Is there any workaround for this for multiple reviews based on separate services offered by the company? We are aware of this best practice by Google to reduce spam but we want to make sure all reviews are represented for the services offered.

Imagine if people could leave more than one review on the same profile, the review spam would be impossible to manage
