I found this info in a search for SEO Company, each of those items are listed on his Services page with each being a hyper link to it's own page. Is this kw stuffing please?

I wouldn't call it "keyword stuffing" per se since that's usually talking about repeating the same keyword on a page, title tag, etc.

Thanks, btw just to clarify, having a kw in the meta title and description and 3-4 times in the content of a page/blog, is that considered kw stuffing?

Anything that is not natural sounding language is probably kw stuffing. It used to be ridiculous repetition, but even though it may not look as crazy as that anymore, if it looks strange or weird to you, it's probably stuffing.

The example you gave above is what's called "doorway pages". They are most likely the same (or very similar) page with just a few kw's swapped out. They offer no value other than trying to get ranked.

Nope, it's not. It's internal backlinking.
