Issue with fake 1 star review bombing on Google Business Profile

Sorry if I am posting in the incorrect area. I am having issues with someone bombing my google business reviews with fake 1 star reviews that say nothing or the same thing over and over. They will keep reposting some of them to get them to the top of the reviews as the most recent one every 2-3 hours and I am not sure what to do as I have reported them as well as trying to escilate to no avail.

Have you tried reporting the review using this tool? If so, did the report get denied and can you appeal that decision?

Yes, and it seems to be stuck in an endless appeal process. most seem like account with only a single review of that being on my business, others even state they were not a client at our business or state its a fake account

I would contact support and tell them the tool is not working, and provide them screenshots to prove your case as to why these reviews are spam. If the content says they weren't customers or something, they should be able to remove them.
